If you have purchased other items, along side your tickets, your confirmation e-mail will state if they are to be mailed to you and when. Often items are set to collect from the venue of the show – again, this will be stated on the store and your order details.
If you wish to return a music or merchandise item that you’ve purchased please get in touch with the Customer Services team first and they will advise you.
