Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled and refunded unless the show is cancelled or postponed. On most occasions, to prevent secondary selling of tickets, we cannot change the name on the order.

If the tickets are due to be mailed out, then we may be able to change the delivery address on the order. However, once it’s being processed for dispatch, the address can no longer be changed.
